About the Role:
We are seeking an exceptional and skilled professional to fill the role of Workday Core and Talent Management at Sapta Global Inc. As a Workday Core and Talent Management specialist, you will play a critical role in implementing, supporting, and optimizing our Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system. Job Summary:
The Workday Core and Talent Management specialist will be responsible for configuring, testing, and deploying Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM, Talent Management, and related functionalities. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of Workday HCM and expertise in implementing and supporting Workday modules. The role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Configure and implement Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM and Talent Management
* Develop and maintain detailed documentation of Workday configurations, test plans, and results
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and design solutions to meet those needs
* Develop and deliver training programs to end-users on Workday HCM functionality
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday HCM, including data integration and reporting
* Work closely with the IT team to ensure seamless integration with other systems and applications
* Stay up-to-date with Workday releases and new functionality, assessing impact and making recommendations for adoption
* Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support business decision-making
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience with Workday HCM, including Core HCM and Talent Management
* Strong understanding of HR processes and systems, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and benefits administration
* Experience with Workday configuration, testing, and deployment
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders, including HR, IT, and business leaders
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or related field
