Job Overview:
We are seeking two highly skilled and motivated Senior Technical Leads to join our dynamic team in California. The ideal candidates will have extensive experience in Azure and .NET technologies and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. As a Senior Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the technical direction of our projects, mentoring team members, and ensuring the successful execution of development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of software solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and project requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth within the team.
- Design and maintain scalable and efficient applications using Azure and .NET technologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.
- Participate in architectural and design decision-making processes, contributing to the overall technical strategy of the organization.
- Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and availability of applications by implementing best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Azure and .NET frameworks.
- Proven experience in a technical leadership role, with the ability to influence and motivate team members.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools is a plus.
