Job Description:
We are seeking two detail-oriented and experienced SAP Testers to join our dynamic team at Sapta Global Inc. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality, accuracy, and performance of our SAP applications. The ideal candidates will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of SAP systems, and a passion for delivering results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for SAP applications according to business requirements and specifications.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and project managers to identify testing requirements and ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to validate SAP systems and applications.
- Document and report defects, track their status, and verify fixes through retesting.
- Participate in test case reviews and provide feedback to enhance testing processes and methodologies.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize testing practices and improve overall quality.
- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support to end-users during the transition of new functionality.
- Stay updated with emerging SAP trends and testing tools to enhance testing capabilities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in SAP application testing, with a strong understanding of SAP modules and functionalities.
- Familiarity with testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Knowledge of automated testing tools is a plus.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB) are highly desirable.
