Sales Executive – SG Connect (Commission-Based)
Job Description
SG Connect is an all-in-one staffing and workforce
management platform built for staffing agencies, consulting firms, and
enterprise HR teams. It combines ATS (applicant tracking), workforce
management, timesheets, invoicing, vendor management, and AI-powered tools into
a single platform — helping businesses hire faster, manage contractors smarter,
and get paid on time.
Conduct product demos and discovery calls with
decision-makers (CEOs, COOs, HR Directors, Operations Managers)
Manage your own pipeline from cold outreach through signed
contract
Coordinate with the SG Connect team for onboarding handoffs
Provide market feedback to help shape the product roadmap
What You'll Earn
15–25% recurring commission on monthly subscription revenue
for the life of the account
Average deal size: $500–$2,500/month per client
5 closed deals = $2,500–$12,500/month in passive recurring
income
No cap. No ceiling. No splits.
What We're Looking For
Comfortable running full sales cycles independently (no SDR
support)
Strong communicator — written, verbal, and on video calls
Existing network in staffing, consulting, or HR is a strong
plus
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
