Experience in Healthcare domain focused on Medicare and Medicaid programs is a plus.

Pay Rate: $90/hr

Project Duration: 2+ years contract

Job Description:

Senior IT Project Manager will collaborate directly with executive leadership to align project portfolios with departmental goals and federal funding requirements.

Must possess a valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI.

Minimum of 7 years of comprehensive Project Management experience, including at least 4 years specifically directing large-scale, complex IT projects.

Demonstrated ability to build and mature Enterprise Project Management Office methodologies, including portfolio prioritization and cross-program alignment.

Experience centralizing Project Management services to manage changes, risks, and issues at an enterprise level in direct collaboration with Executive Stakeholders.

Skilled in advancing Project Management disciplines by defining standardized processes, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistent organizational success.

Expert at portfolio-level risk management, providing executive-level visibility into impacts across the entire departmental landscape.

Deep technical knowledge of Project Management principles, methods, and tools applied across the entire System Development Lifecycle.
