Title: Junior Recruiter (Commission + Monthly Stipend) – Light Industrial Staffing
We are expanding rapidly after signing a Master Services Agreement with ICP Staffing. We now have continuous Light Industrial job orders (warehouse, manufacturing, logistics) and are hiring Junior Recruiters who want to build real recruiting experience while earning strong commission income.
This role is ideal for fresh graduates, early‑career professionals, or anyone looking to break into HR, recruiting, or workforce management.
Compensation:
$300–$500 monthly stipend
$1/hr for every active worker you place
Biweekly payouts
Performance Bonuses:
$50 for Day‑1 show‑up
$100 for 30‑day retention
Earning Example: Place 10 warehouse associates working 40 hrs/week →
You earn ~$400/week or $1,600/month, plus bonuses.
What You’ll Do:
Source candidates for warehouse, manufacturing, and logistics roles
Screen, schedule, and coordinate start dates
Work directly with SG Connect ATS and ICP Staffing job orders
Build real recruiting experience with enterprise clients
