About Iron Key Capital:

Iron Key Capital is a global investment firm that focuses on early-stage investments in the crypto and blockchain space. We specialize in both liquid assets and venture opportunities, particularly investing in pre-seed and seed-stage Web3 startups. Program Overview:

The Venture Fellows Program at Iron Key Capital is a structured 8-week, part-time, remote program designed for individuals who want to break into venture capital or refine their skills as angel investors.

This is a hands-on learning experience. Fellows will work alongside experienced venture capitalists, participate in real-time investment processes, and gain exposure to Iron Key’s internal decision-making and investor network. It’s ideal for aspiring investors, founders, or career changers exploring a future in Web3 and venture capital.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and analyze early-stage Web3 startups for potential investment
• Perform market research and due diligence, assessing business models, team dynamics, technology, and growth potential
• Support the Iron Key team in deal sourcing, tracking trends, and identifying innovative startups
• Assist with portfolio management, helping monitor the performance and progress of current investments
• Participate in meetings with team members and investors to develop investment strategies
• Contribute to thought leadership by writing content or sharing insights on Web3 trends, startup best practices, and venture capital

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to evaluate investment opportunities
• Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
• Interest or experience in Web3, AI, or emerging technologies
• Past involvement in startups, innovation ecosystems, or crypto communities is a plus
• A clear motivation to pursue a career in venture capital or to improve your skills as an angel investor
