Title: Private Equity Summer Associate

Role Type: 8–10 week Internship | MBA Candidate

As a Summer Associate, you'll work across sourcing, diligence, and portfolio value creation. You’ll collaborate directly with Partners and senior investors, and your performance may lead to a full-time return offer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate new investments with financial modeling and commercial due diligence
• Conduct founder interviews, customer calls, and industry expert sessions
• Draft investment committee memos and presentation decks
• Participate in board meetings and track KPI performance at portfolio companies
• Assist in deal structuring and legal negotiations

Ideal Candidate:

• MBA student with pre-MBA background in IB, consulting, corp dev, or operations
• Proficient in Excel modeling and strategic thinking
• Confident communicator with investor-level polish
• Passion for company building and long-term value creation
