Role Overview:

We are hiring experienced professionals to join Iron Key Capital as Partners. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for individuals with deep expertise in Web3, AI, or venture capital. Partners play a critical role in shaping investment strategies, sourcing high-quality opportunities, mentoring startups, and leveraging their networks to enhance our firm’s reach and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate early-stage investment opportunities in the Web3 and crypto ecosystem
• Use your network to generate high-quality deal flow and foster investor relations
• Contribute domain-specific expertise to support the growth of portfolio companies
• Serve as a mentor and advisor to founders on product strategy, business development, and execution
• Collaborate on investment theses and help define future directions of the firm

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Web3, AI, venture capital, or as a startup founder
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills for evaluating investment opportunities
• Preferred: Established network of founders, investors, or industry leaders
• Willingness to make a small investment in the fund as a Limited Partner (LP)
• Hands-on experience applying Web3 or AI technologies in real-world environments
