We are seeking accomplished professionals to join Iron Key as Partners. This is a unique opportunity for individuals with deep expertise in Web3, AI, or venture capital to contribute to our mission. Partners are instrumental in driving our success through their insights, network, and contributions to deal flow and investment strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate investment opportunities in the Web3 ecosystem.
• Leverage your network to provide deal flow and build investor relationships.
• Contribute domain-specific expertise to the growth of portfolio companies.
• Act as a mentor to startups, providing guidance on strategy, growth, and execution.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Web3, AI, venture capital, or as a startup founder.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for evaluating investments.
• Preferred: Established relationships with founders, investors, or industry leaders.
• Ability to make a small investment in the fund as a Limited Partner (LP).
• Experience with the practical application of Web3 or AI technologies.

About the Role

As an Investment Banking Associate, you’ll drive execution across multiple live deals while mentoring junior talent and engaging directly with clients. This role demands strategic thinking, hands-on modeling expertise, and the ability to lead with clarity and confidence under pressure.

What You’ll Do:

• Own deliverables from pitch to close: models, CIMs, investor decks, and more
• Lead Analysts and coordinate with legal, client, and diligence teams
• Interface with C-suite executives and institutional investors
• Drive market research and identify opportunities that shape client strategies
• Work closely with Managing Directors on deal structuring and client communication

Ideal Candidate:

• 2–4 years of investment banking or transaction advisory experience, or MBA graduate with pre-MBA IB background
• Demonstrated leadership skills and client management experience
• Mastery of financial modeling, corporate finance, and capital markets concepts
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
