Role Type: 10-week Internship | MBA Candidate

As a Summer Associate, you’ll own major deliverables across live deals, client presentations, and junior team leadership. This internship is structured as a full-time hiring track, with evaluation based on your performance across multiple transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and review advanced financial models (M&A, DCF, LBO)
• Lead preparation of client presentations and transaction materials
• Coordinate due diligence with internal and external stakeholders
• Support client communication, deal structuring, and negotiations
• Manage Analysts and interns across workstreams

Ideal Candidate:

• MBA student at a top-tier program with pre-MBA experience in finance, consulting, or operations
• Confident with valuation, modeling, and capital markets concepts
• Strong interpersonal and client communication skills
